These meatballs are super easy to make and can be added to your favorite gravy or sauce.
1 pound ground beef (90/10)
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground lamb
2 large eggs
1/3 cup garlic and herb bread crumbs
1/4 cup Italian seasoning blend
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients (using your hands is best…make sure you wash well first)
3. Roll into 1 1/2″ balls
4. Place balls into cupcake pan (yes, a cupcake pan…no need to spray or line)
5. Bake for 50 minutes
You’ll get about 24 meat balls cooked all the way through. You can eat right out of the pan or add to your favorite gravy or sauce.
